Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that payment via credit card is required to book your service. Payment must be made at the time of booking. Please provide a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. If an appointment is missed or canceled without a 24-hour prior notification, a 50% charge of the service cost will be applied to the client. Requests to cancel or reschedule an appointment can be made via our website or by texting 949-229-0324. Please include your First Name, Last Name, the name of the service booked, and the date/time of your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
